How does the delivery process work?

We deliver, setup and haul away all of the equipment and accessories so you don't have to worry about any of it. We can work with your venue or event coordinator to make this process stress free.

Do I need running water and electricity?

Accepted Answer

Each unit requires at least  20 amp power source within 100 ft of placement. If power is not available onsite, we offer whisper quiet generators for rent. For water,  a regular garden hose is needed. If no water is available we have onboard fresh water tanks.

Is there a restroom attendant?

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We understand things happen, cancel up to 30 days prior to your scheduled delivery date and receive a full refund.  Cancel up to 2 weeks prior to your scheduled delivery date and receive full refund minus 25% of the deposit.
